The IMC-P101 Series media converters are built for industrial-grade Ethernet-to-fiber conversion, supporting 10/100BaseT(X) to 100BaseFX with SC or ST connectors in both multi-mode and single-mode fiber configurations. Designed for rugged conditions, these converters support IEEE 802.3af and 802.3at (PoE/PoE+) standards and can supply up to 30 watts of power to connected devices (PDs), simplifying deployment by eliminating the need for separate power wiring.

These converters also support store-and-forward and pass-through switching modes, have redundant dual DC power inputs, and include a relay output for power failure alerts. With support for temperatures down to -40 °C and up to 75 °C (-T models), they are well-suited for harsh industrial environments.
