The IMC-P101 series media converters are a reliable and rugged solution for converting Ethernet signals (10/100BaseT(X)) to 100BaseFX fiber. Designed for industrial environments, they offer a wide operating temperature range (-40 to 75°C for -T models), dual redundant power inputs, and a durable metal housing. Compliant with IEEE 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at (from HW Rev. 1.1.0), these devices act as Power Sourcing Equipment (PSE), supplying up to 30 Watts to Powered Devices (PDs), thereby eliminating the need for extra cabling.

Available with SC or ST fiber connectors in both Multi-Mode and Single-Mode options, the converters support transmission distances up to 40 km. Features such as auto MDI/MDI-X detection, store-and-forward or pass-through mode, and power failure relay alarm make them a complete industrial networking solution.
