The Moxa EDS-508A-MM-ST-T is a rugged managed Ethernet switch with six 10/100BaseT(X) RJ45 ports and two 100BaseFX multi-mode fiber ports with ST connectors. It is designed for harsh industrial environments with a wide operating temperature range of -40 to 75 °C.

Featuring Turbo Ring and Turbo Chain (recovery time < 20 ms for up to 250 switches), STP, RSTP, and MSTP, the switch provides highly reliable network redundancy. Security features include HTTPS, SSH, TACACS+, RADIUS, and MAC port locking.

The switch supports VLANs, QoS, IGMP snooping, LACP port trunking, bandwidth management, and industrial protocols such as EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, and PROFINET.
