The EDS-316-SS-SC-80 is an unmanaged industrial Ethernet switch featuring 14 copper ports (RJ45) and 2 long-distance fiber ports (100BaseFX, SC, single-mode) with a transmission range of up to 80 km. This model is ideal for large-scale fiber-optic infrastructures in applications such as power grids, railway systems, or remote monitoring.

It supports essential features such as auto-negotiation, full/half duplex, and auto MDI/MDI-X. A built-in relay output alerts engineers in the event of a power failure or port disconnection, while broadcast storm protection keeps the network stable under load. For extreme environments, the -T version supports a wide operating temperature from -40 to 75 °C.
