The EDS-316 Series consists of rugged unmanaged Ethernet switches with up to 16 ports, purpose-built for industrial networking. This series includes all-copper models as well as versions with 1 or 2 fiber optic ports (SC or ST, multi-mode or single-mode), and long-distance variants reaching up to 80 km.

A key feature is the built-in relay output, which alerts engineers to power loss or port failure, ensuring operational safety. All models also include broadcast storm protection, preventing network overload due to faulty data transmissions.

With auto-negotiation, Auto MDI/MDI-X, and full/half duplex support, EDS-316 switches integrate seamlessly into diverse industrial infrastructures. The series supports both standard temperature ranges (-10 to 60°C) and, for harsh environments, -T models rated from -40 to 75°C.
