These economical switches offer key features such as a built-in relay output to alert users of power failures or port disconnections, as well as DIP-switch configurable broadcast storm protection—ideal for industrial automation, power systems, transportation infrastructure, and hazardous areas.

Certified for ATEX Zone 2 and Class I Division 2 use, the EDS-308 switches are tested to operate in extreme temperatures from -40 to 75 °C on -T models. Designed for hassle-free DIN-rail mounting, these devices also support copper and fiber-optic Ethernet ports, including long-range single-mode connections up to 80 km.
