Moxa CP-602U-I Series – 2-Port CAN Universal PCI Board with 2 kV Isolation for Industrial Applications

The CP-602U-I Series from Moxa delivers a robust, cost-effective CAN communication solution with two independent ports. Designed to support Universal PCI (3.3 V and 5 V), it is compatible with legacy and modern PC platforms. This board supports CAN 2.0A and CAN 2.0B protocols and delivers transfer rates of up to 1 Mbps.

Each port is protected with 2 kV electrical isolation and features LED indicators for real-time transmit and receive activity. An optional 120-ohm termination resistor is available to simplify integration into existing CAN bus networks.

The CP-602U-I uses the NXP SJA1000 CAN controller and PCA82C251 transceiver to provide reliable arbitration and error detection. The CP-602U-I-T wide-temperature variant is ideal for harsh environments, operating from -40 to +85 °C.
