The CP-118U supports RS-232/422/485 on all 8 ports, while the CP-138U is dedicated to RS-422/485. Both models feature high-speed data rates up to 921.6 kbps and full modem control signaling, ensuring broad compatibility with serial peripherals. Built-in 128-byte FIFO and hardware/software flow control ensure optimal data reliability.
