The CB-134I Series is a rugged and reliable 4-port RS-422/485 PC/104-Plus serial module with 2 kV isolation, designed for embedded systems operating in electrically noisy industrial environments. Each port’s interface is DIP-switch selectable between RS-422 and RS-485, ensuring flexible configuration.

With a maximum baudrate of 921.6 kbps, support for non-standard baudrates, 128-byte FIFOs, and on-chip software flow control (XON/XOFF), the CB-134I provides fast and efficient data transmission. Tx/Rx LEDs help with real-time diagnostics. The module’s IRQ and I/O addresses are assigned by BIOS, simplifying integration. A wide-temperature version (-40 to 85°C) is also available.
