The CB-108 Series is a reliable 8-port RS-232 serial module designed for use with PC/104-Plus (PCI) bus systems. These high-performance modules deliver up to 921.6 kbps baudrate, and include on-chip hardware and software flow control, as well as Tx/Rx LEDs per port for instant diagnostics—making them ideal for embedded industrial environments.

The module supports 128-byte FIFO for efficient data handling and allows BIOS-assigned IRQ and I/O addresses—eliminating the need for jumper configuration. A wide-temperature model (-40 to 85°C) is available for rugged applications. Optional DB9 and DB25 cable kits are offered for flexible connectivity to external serial devices.
