The PIR motion detector detects movements inside the building. The device is powered by two AAA batteries (included) or a power supply unit (106291, not included) and can therefore be easily installed anywhere (screwed and glued). A separate, rotating 'mounting bracket' (106292) can be ordered to make setting up the motion detector easier. Channel A (for lighting) sends a switching command depending on movement, brightness and switch-off delay. Channel B (for alarm functions) sends a switching command when movement is detected, regardless of brightness and time delay (channel B activated for approx. 145s). The number of detection pulses to be evaluated can be set for both channels. All settings are made directly on the device with the front cover removed. An LED makes setting up the sensor easier.
