• MSKONFIG: The pre-configuration of MICROSENS products allows customers to benefit from the “Zero Touch” rollout principle straight out of the box. Customers or partners provide the required information to define the configuration parameters for immediate use. After validation, these parameters are implemented during the production process, ensuring the devices are delivered “ready to use.”

• MSGV0n: This manufacturer’s extended warranty complements the 24-month standard warranty and provides additional coverage for the products.

• MSLABEL: For customized device labeling, MICROSENS offers the MSLABEL service. During production, existing labeling fields (e.g., on Micro Switches) or custom-defined areas (e.g., on Desktop and Industrial Switches) can be marked with user-specified stickers. Customers have full control over the labeling content, which commonly includes:
- Standard information like MAC or IP addresses (often combined with MSKONFIG),
- Specific identifiers such as office numbers, names, or other custom features.

Cryptic labeling is also available upon request.

The standard labeling field on Micro Switches is white, with black text. Custom color schemes can be applied upon request to visually differentiate network segments such as office or technical areas.
