The PoE injector for top-hat rail mounting works according to the PoE+ standard and supports 10/100/1000MBit/s data transmission. The industrial PoE injector simply supplies PoE-compliant switches, WLAN solutions or IP cameras with power via the data cable. Devices with a maximum power consumption of up to 30 watts are supported. Preferred applications for PoE+ are outdoor access points with heating modules or motor-controlled PTZ surveillance cameras, as these devices have increased power consumption.
The MICROSENS PoE injector was specifically designed for demanding industrial environments. The device is supplied with a voltage of 48..56V volts (a 60W version with an integrated step-up converter 12..48VDC is optionally available), has an extended temperature range from minus 40 to plus 75 degrees, an extended shock and Vibration resistance and a robust metal housing with protection class IP30. The areas of application of the new solution range from automation technology to telecommunications applications to monitoring in the railway sector.
