This plug-in module enables the transparent transmission of an RS-232, RS-422, or RS-485 interface via a duplex fiber optic connection. Designed for installation in the MICROSENS Access Chassis, it ensures secure and loss-free communication over long distances.

The module is available in both multimode and single-mode versions to meet different network requirements. Special variants with BiDi or xWDM technology are also available upon request, allowing for even more efficient use of the fiber optic connection. Optimized for paired operation, the module serves as an ideal central counterpart to a converter in industrial design.
