Thanks to autonegotiation, the converter automatically switches between half- and full-duplex modes, optimizing data transmission. For specialized use cases, configurable special modes are available via DIP switches.

The fiber interface is available in two versions: an SC duplex connection for single-mode and multimode fiber, and an SFP version for maximum flexibility. The SFP variant also supports BiDi and WDM optics, optimizing fiber connection range and efficiency.
