The 3-way module of the Merten KNX push button sensor Flex offers high efficiency through the display in combination with maximum flexibility through various rocker combinations. It can be installed in both residential and commercial buildings and in new or existing KNX installations. Thanks to the display, individual icons and texts can be programmed for each rocker. All of this is simple and clear in the ETS. The display enables digital labeling, which is programmed via the ETS. To save energy and increase the service life of the device, the display can be deactivated after a certain time. The proximity sensor conveniently activates the display when you move towards it. In addition, it is possible to display the time and date as a screen saver. The lock function can be used to lock some functions when certain events occur. For example, it is possible to lock the roller shutters in strong winds to prevent damage. The product must be flexible because living conditions change quickly. The functions can be easily changed by the installer using the ETS whenever the need arises. Initiating programming mode using a key combination also allows subsequent changes to be made without having to remove the button. The nominal voltage of the module is 21-30VDC at 24V/16mA. The standby consumption is approx. 120mW when the display is inactive. The maximum power is 400mW. The module is surface mounted. The dimensions of the module are (W) 71mm x (H) 71mm x (D) 31mm and it weighs 64.6g. The protection class is IP20 with an operating temperature of -5 °C to +45 °C. A kit contains the KNX module 3-way. The package also contains a metal support ring. The corresponding rockers and a frame are required to complete the package. The product enables quick and flexible adjustment of the button using a display. Icons and texts support the intuitive operation of the button. The 3-way module has CE, KNX and CB certificates.
