Mersen Protistor fuse links 690/700V for semiconductor protection offer a broad range of application flexibility for protecting modern power converter devices. This is a highly versatile series, collectively capable of protecting power semiconductors such as diodes, thyristors, GTOs, and IGBT components. The NH-style fuse links comply with DIN 43620 specifications and are therefore globally recognized for use in NH fuse bases, NH fuse blocks, and NH fuse-disconnectors. Available in various sizes and numerous rated currents, they enable extensive equipment adaptation. The fuses contain melting links made of pure silver, embedded in sand, to ensure excellent total interrupting integrals (I²t) and high interrupting capacity. Contact surfaces are silver-plated, and all components are non-magnetic.
