The TUBELED_40 II machine light is ideal for harsh manufacturing environments thanks to its oil resistance and the shatter-proof single-pane safety glass over the light outlet. With a light diameter of ~40 mm, the TUBELED_40 II literally nestles against the machine surface and enables installation even in confined spaces, such as in micro-precision machines, automatic punching machines, EDM machines or production systems. The light is converted into a flicker-free, homogeneously radiating surface light using 100° optics and light forming technology. Due to the special housing geometry for heat dissipation, the LED light is also suitable for ambient temperatures up to +60°C, and in the ECO version even up to +70°C. The light is connected to a 24V DC network on the operating side. All lengths of the TUBLED_40 II are also available as a cascadable version, so that several lights can be linked together. The luminaire has an on/off interface, which allows load-free switching, flashing and dimming.
