The LCN-PKU2 is an active USB-C to LCN bus coupler that allows for fast connections between LCN-PRO+, LCN-GVS, or third-party systems with the local bus. Thanks to the built-in processor, even non-real-time capable programs running on Windows or Linux can access the LCN bus without interruptions. When permanently installed, the LCN-PKU2 stores group names, making it possible to retrieve the entire building documentation. Additionally, the coupler records the entire bus traffic without a connected PC and can store up to 180,000 telegrams.

Applications:

• The LCN-PKU2 serves as a system access point for laptops and PCs to allow the installer to configure the LCN system.
• It acts as an interface for PC visualization. Using LCN-GVS software, it facilitates direct and bidirectional data exchange between LCN system states and visualization changes, as well as direct control commands from the PC.
