95 watts of power with IEEE 802.3bt compliance
The Intellinet Gigabit Ultra PoE injector delivers data and power up to 95W to your PoE applications, be it lighting, sensors, building automation and much more. This is made possible by using all four pairs of Cat5 or Cat6 network cables with the new PoE standard IEEE 802.3bt, also known as Ultra PoE (4PPoE) or PoE++. Modern lighting systems and their control units require an output of 40 to 50 watts, some motorized network cameras up to 70 watts and more. Previous PoE standards are overwhelmed by these requirements, Ultra PoE provides the solution, but remains fully backwards compatible with IEEE 802.3af/at.

Do you only have one non-PoE-capable switch in your existing network, but several PoE components such as access points, IP cameras and VoIP telephones? This means a lot of effort with double cabling, because all these devices have to be connected with both a power cable and a network cable. It becomes particularly expensive if additional sockets have to be installed, as they are not always within immediate reach. With this PoE injector you avoid this effort. In addition, older network switches can be used for longer without having to upgrade to expensive new PoE switches. This does not endanger the safety of your network equipment, because the injector reliably protects against overvoltage, overcharging and short circuits.
