USB to 5 V TTL Converter for serial UART communication with FTDI chipsetReliable data transmission: The FTDI FT232RNL chipset enables stable USB to TTL communication via a virtual COM port. Ideal for configuration, diagnostics and development with 5 V TTL/UART interfaces. The fixed level conversion ensures a direct connection to compatible devices. The integrated status indicators for operation, transmission and reception make it easy to monitor data communication.
Easy installation: The USB-to-TTL Converter connects via USB-A and is linked to GND, TXD, RXD and +5 V via a 4-pin screw terminal. This ensures quick and secure wiring. No additional power supply is required for the Converter itself, and the connection can be easily integrated into existing systems.
High operational reliability: USB protection with a 200 mA PTC fuse and ESD protection, as well as protective diodes on the TXD and RXD lines, help to protect connected devices. The resettable PTC fuse on the +5 V output further enhances operational reliability and ensures reliable performance in day-to-day use.
Versatile: Supports baud rates from 300 b/s to 3 Mbit/s and is suitable for numerous applications involving serial TTL/UART communication. The Converter can be used for configuration, firmware updates, diagnostics, troubleshooting and data transfer with compatible devices, and supports Windows, Linux, macOS and Android.
Convenient power supply: The +5 V output is supplied directly via the USB power supply and can power compatible microcontrollers or low-current peripheral devices. This reduces the need for cabling and allows small circuits to be conveniently operated via a single USB connection.
The InLine USB to TTL 5 V Converter connects computers with a USB-A port to devices that use a serial TTL/UART interface. The integrated FTDI FT232RNL chipset enables stable communication via a virtual COM port and supports baud rates from 300 b/s to 3 Mbit/s.
