The VDV II Plus cable tester is easy to use and allows you to quickly check the copper cables of voice, data and video installations, such as telephone lines, data lines and video/security systems, in homes, offices and industrial environments. It shows wiring errors such as breaks, short circuits, incorrect connections and split pairs. Tests shielded cables, port identification/hub link, cable length, distance to the break and is equipped with a tone generator. The test results are saved in real time on the mobile device using the free AnyWARE Cloud app (requirement: iOS/Android, BT5.0) and can then be seamlessly transferred to the AnyWARE Cloud to create professional PDF reports. Connection options for RJ11, RJ45, Coax F and BNC are available. The tester is equipped with a large LCD with backlight and a remote adapter integrated in the base of the housing.
