These networked and temperature-resistant connection and control cables with improved fire performance are used to connect lights, heating devices, electrical machines, switchgear and distributors. The excellent temperature resistance also results in a very long service life. These cables have good weather resistance, such as temperature, humidity, ozone and UV resistance, and are mainly used for traffic systems or outdoors. In the event of a fire, when these halogen-free cables burn, only little smoke is produced, no corrosive gases are produced and the low fire load means that the risk of toxic fire gases is significantly lower. Fire damage to control and monitoring systems and the concrete and steel structure of buildings and systems is thus reduced. The high temperature load can sometimes make it possible to reduce the conductor cross-section, thus saving space and weight. These connection and control cables make a significant contribution to safety and the environment. EMC = Electromagnetic Compatibility To optimize the EMC properties, we recommend contacting the copper braid on both sides and over a large area.
