Witty share charging station up to 22kW, OCPP for load management, RFID, calibration law. Wallbox charging station ER (calibration law compliant) with UV-resistant plastic housing for charging electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles. Mode 3 charging mode according to DIN EN IEC 61851-1 (VDE 0122-1) via Mode 3 socket type 2, secured via the charging station supply line 32 A (3-phase). Permanently installed charging station for indoor/outdoor use. Free use or access authorization via RFID authentication. Consists of
wall housing, cable entry for power supply, brightness sensor, RFID reader (sensor, precise user assignment), LED display (status, charge level, error), MID meter (energy recording), public key for checking the charging process and charging controller with display. The charging controller forms a digital automatic signature. The operating mode (1- or 3-phase) and the charging current (10 - 32 A) are set in the integrated charging controller.
The charging station is connected to a backend system for monitoring and billing via the OCPP protocol. Commissioning is carried out via the embedded web server via WiFi or Ethernet.
The optional load manager (LM) is used to network several charging stations with each other. The load management supports both static and dynamic load management with integrated direct measurement or direct converter connection. The voltage supply of the charging station must have a separate circuit. Connecting several charging stations to the same circuit is not permitted.
Each charging station must be protected with a combined residual current device / circuit breaker (RCBO) type A or separately with a residual current device (RCD) type A and a circuit breaker (MCB). A residual current device type B is not necessary because 6 mA DC residual current detection is integrated.
The charging controller is configured during initial commissioning via the integrated WiFi hotspot or the LAN interface.
Note: A cable holder, RFID cards and feet for freestanding installation are optionally available.
