Further information for HAGER witty solar kit meter charging cable - XEV1K22T2SEMCC
witty solar set with energy management controller flow, network meter and charging cable. Wallbox charging station set for self-used single/two-family homes with photovoltaic systems consisting of a charging station up to 22 kW, charging cable length 7.5 m, an energy management controller for controlling the energy storage and the charging station as well as a 3-phase direct energy meter with Modbus connection and MID certified.
Charging station with UV-resistant plastic housing for charging electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles. Mode 3 charging mode according to DIN EN IEC 61851-1 (VDE 0122-1) via Mode 3 socket type 2, protected by the supply line of the charging station 32 A (3-phase). Permanently installed charging station for use indoors/outdoors. Free use or access authorization via RFID authentication.
Consists of wall housing, cable entry for power supply, brightness sensor, RFID reader (sensor) and LED display (status, charge level, error). The operating mode (1- or 3-phase) and the charging current (10 - 32 A) are set in the integrated charging controller.
The energy management controller XEM470 integrates the charging station into the intelligent, domestic energy network. This connection enables automatic control of the maximum charging power (blackout protection), coordinated charging with flexible electricity tariffs (if available) and cost-optimized intelligent charging with various charging modes (boost mode, pure PV surplus charging, budget charging, time-dependent budget charging). In addition, the energy management controller provides information about all electricity inflows/consumption in the house.
The direct energy meter (bidirectional meter) with Modbus connection is MID certified. Suitable for measuring energy consumption and energy supply in all network systems. Up to 8 tariff counts possible (2 tariff counts via 230 V AC and Modbus, an additional 6 tariff counts can be controlled via Modbus). Digital display with lighting to show the active energy (kWh) and reactive energy (kvarh) consumed and supplied for all tariffs. In addition, the real-time measured values for active power (kW), reactive power (kvar), apparent power (kVA), voltage (V), current (A), power factor, frequency (Hz) and tariff are displayed for each external conductor with a resolution of up to 9 digits including two decimal places. In addition to the previously mentioned measured values, the current total measured values of active power (kW), reactive power (kvar) and apparent power (kVA) as well as the power factor can be accessed via Modbus. In addition, the values of the partial meter for active energy can be reset individually for each tariff via Modbus. End resistance (120 Ohm) integrated to terminate the Modbus line. All measured values and energy values for tariff 1 and tariff 2 can also be output via an IR interface. Wiring errors and connection errors are displayed and the measured data is saved periodically.
The charging station must be supplied with power via a separate circuit. Connecting several charging stations to the same circuit is not permitted.
Each charging station must be protected with a combined residual current device and circuit breaker (RCBO) type A or separately with a residual current device (RCD) type A and a circuit breaker (MCB). A residual current device type B is not necessary because 6 mA DC residual current detection is integrated.
Note: A cable holder, RFID cards and feet for the free-standing structure are optionally available.
