Consists of wall housing, cable entry for power supply, key switch, USB interface and LED display. The power supply of the charging station must have a separate circuit. Connecting several charging stations to the same circuit is not permitted. Each charging station must be protected with a combined residual current device and circuit breaker (RCBO) Type A or separately with a residual current device (RCD) Type A and a circuit breaker (MCB). A type B residual current device is not necessary because a 6 mA DC residual current detection is integrated. The charging controller is ready for use when delivered, but further settings can be made using the rotary control or the USB interface.
