Installation kit for multimedia applications for installation in meter cabinet systems using tool-free quick assembly in accordance with dimensional standard DIN 43870. Pre-assembled installation kit consisting of support frame with mounting rails, perforated mounting plate and mounted patch panel screwed on insulated for 12 ports (1-field) or for 24 ports (2-field) with labeling strips. Included are: 6 or 12 shielded RJ45 Cat. 6 (500 MHz) data modules, 3-way protective contact sockets (rotatable by 90 degrees) for cable connection via plug-in terminals, multimedia device holder for VDI components and cable retaining clips.
Note: A cable must be connected from the patch panel to the equipotential bonding rail (functional equipotential bonding according to DIN EN 50310 - VDE 0800-2-310) (not included). Partitions from the multimedia field next to other installation kits must be installed depending on the application (not included).
