The GWN7662 is an 802.11ax WiFi 6 access point ideal for small to medium sized businesses, home offices, retail stores, restaurants, hospitality, educational institutions and more. It offers 4×4:4 MU-MIMO technology on the 5 GHz band and 2×2:2 MU-MIMO on the 2.4 GHz band, as well as a sophisticated antenna design for maximum network throughput and a longer WiFi range. WiFi 6 technology supports today's generation of dense environments where many users and many devices require consistent, reliable WiFi connections at higher speeds. For easy installation and management, the GWN7662 uses a distributed network design without a controller. The controller is integrated into the product's web user interface. The GWN7662 is also supported by GWN.Cloud and GWN Manager, Grandstream's free cloud and on-premise WiFi management platform. It is the ideal WiFi access point for voice over WiFi systems and enables seamless connection of WiFi-enabled Grandstream IP phones. With support for advanced QoS, low latency real-time applications, mesh networking, captive portals, 256 concurrent clients per access point, and dual Gigabit network ports with PoE/PoE+, the GWN7662 is an ideal WiFi access point for medium-sized, medium-density wireless network deployments.
