Special variants of the telephone allow the integration of wired call triggers such as bulb or pull buttons.

calls can be made using the red emergency call button on the telephone or the radio hand transmitter TRX programmed phone numbers are sent. An emergency call is actively accepted by pressing button 5 on the recipient telephone. The emergency telephone then automatically switches to hands-free mode. If the connection is poor, the receiver can switch from hands-free calling to announcement or listening using the number keys.
Alternatively, the phone can send the emergency call via the PBX to a server, which then takes over alarm management.
Thanks to the device's excellent acoustics, the emergency caller can communicate hands-free with the person they are calling, even when they are away from the telephone.

The telephone contains a TRX radio receiver. A TRX radio handheld transmitter with cord is included in the scope of delivery. Both the receiver and the transmitter contain a transceiver (TRX), which can send and receive.

The vital function is used to check a person's presence and activity. If the person does not press the day button at the latest when the phone asks them to do so, a vital emergency call is automatically triggered. Consultation
If an emergency call is accepted by a server, it forwards it to the nursing staff. The person concerned (nurse) calls the emergency caller via DECT telephone. If the “talk back” function is set on the emergency caller’s ergonomic telephone, the called telephone rings once and then switches to listening or hands-free mode without the emergency caller having to operate it. In the special variant “Emergency call priority”, a built-in relay ensures that the emergency telephone has priority over another telephone connected to the same port. If you speak on the second telephone and the emergency call is triggered on the first, the connection to the second telephone is automatically interrupted and the emergency call can be sent (A2 circuit). If the “Ergophone S 510 Funk” is operated together with one or more other telephones on an outside line (connected in parallel or using a telephone system), the emergency call cannot be sent if the line is busy.
