FTTX housing for fiber splicing, termination, storage and cable connection in a compact protective housing. The FTTX housing can accommodate up to 4 glass fibers and distribute them to 4 end devices using the appropriate couplings. This housing is equipped with 4 x SC simplex couplings, alternatively 4 x LC duplex couplings (without flange) can be plugged in. The housing consists of a front panel, the housing with a hinged splice cassette and a transparent plastic cover for additional protection of the spliced fiber optic cables. The box can be mounted on the wall or snapped onto a top hat rail (DIN rail).
