The FTTX empty housing can accommodate up to 4 optical fibers and distribute them to 4 end devices using the appropriate couplings. 4 x SC simplex or 4 x LC duplex couplings (without flange) can be accommodated. The housing consists of a front panel, the housing with a hinged splice cassette and a transparent plastic cover for additional protection of the spliced fiber optic cables. The box can be mounted on the wall or snapped onto a top hat rail (DIN rail). Integrate fiber splicing, termination, storage and connection in the smallest of spaces with the ultra-compact DIGITUS FTTX empty housing.
