The DIGITUS PCI Express Dual-Port Gigabit network card with integrated Intel chipset offers the option of providing two Gigabit ports for a server or workstation via a single PCI slot.
Each port is fully compliant with IEEE802.3/u/ab standards and offers a full Gigabit connection. In addition to supporting the IPv4 and IPv6 protocols, the card supports jumbo frames as well as Layer 2 functions such as IEEE802.1q VLAN and IEEE802.3x flow control.
The diverse configuration options make the card ideal for using virtual machines or setting up a router/firewall. The low profile slot bracket included in the scope of delivery also offers the possibility of integrating the card into compact computer cases in which standard slot brackets cannot be used.
