Ease of use was a top priority when developing the PowerScan 9500: the shape of the handle, the balanced weight and the intuitive aiming system guarantee the highest first read rates and ensure that the scanner always fits comfortably in the hand. The new lighting system is based on a calm, white light that hardly strains or irritates the user's eyes, even in scan-intensive applications.
In order to meet individual customer requirements, the PowerScan PD9500 is available in two different model variants. The PD9530 variant is primarily designed for customers who require the highest reading performance and speed when capturing standard resolution codes. The PD9530-HP (High Performance) models are available for capturing high-resolution barcodes - up to 2.5 mils for linear codes. Equipped with innovative optics, these models capture high-resolution codes and at the same time enable wide-angle image capture (A4 image sizes size 25 cm) while maintaining a depth of field of up to 70 cm.
