The C.A 1725 is a versatile and user-friendly tachometer and speed meter designed for industrial applications. With measurement ranges up to 100,000 RPM, it supports both contact and non-contact methods, offering high flexibility and precision.

Non-contact optical measurements are performed using a reflective mark applied to the object being measured. For contact-based measurements, the tachometer can be equipped with a mechanical adapter (cylinder, cone, or measuring wheel) that converts rotational speeds into pulses, which the device then reads.

The C.A 1725 is particularly easy to operate thanks to its rotary switch and dedicated buttons for each function. It provides 7 selectable measurement units, such as RPM, Hz, and others, which can be directly accessed via the rotary switch. Additional features include MIN/MAX values, smoothing, and alarms for exceeded thresholds.

The digital display includes a 42-segment bar graph and displays information about set functions and alarm thresholds, further enhancing usability and monitoring capabilities.
