The "C" series current clamp, model C148, is a versatile and powerful tool for measuring AC currents across three selectable ranges: 1 A to 300 A, 1 A to 600 A, and 1 A to 1200 A. With three transformer ratios (250/5, 500/5, and 1000/5) and typical accuracies of ≤ 2% to ≤ 1%, the C148 provides exceptional flexibility and precision for various industrial and commercial applications.

The round jaw design and uniform coil winding ensure high measurement accuracy and minimal phase shift. The optimized magnetic circuit, combined with a pendulum joint and a patented support system for progressive jaw opening, simplifies operation and enhances usability.

With a clamping diameter of 52 mm, the C148 allows safe and accurate measurements on conductors in installations up to CAT III 600 V. The clamp features insulated 4-mm sockets and overvoltage protection on the output, ensuring additional safety during measurements.
