The "Y" series offers robust and versatile current clamps designed for measuring small to medium AC currents on larger cables and busbars. With generous clamping dimensions of 30 x 63 mm, currents up to 600 A can be measured on cables up to 30 mm in diameter or busbars up to 62×5 mm. The Y7N current clamp is designed for use in installations up to CAT III 600 V or CAT IV 300 V.

Featuring two measurement ranges and a DC voltage output signal, this model is ideal for precise measurements. When used with an oscilloscope, it can capture peak currents up to 1,200 A with a bandwidth of up to 10 kHz, allowing for detailed analysis of current waveforms in various applications. The clamp includes a coaxial cable with an insulated BNC connector for safe and convenient connections.
