The C160 current clamp from the "C" series is a powerful and versatile tool designed for the precise measurement of very low to medium AC currents. With an enclosure diameter of 52 mm, the C160 is suitable for industrial and office building applications, allowing CAT III 600 V measurements on most conductors. The round shape of the clamp jaws and uniform coil winding ensure high accuracy and minimal phase shift.

The C160 offers three measurement ranges for capturing currents from 0.1 A to 30 A peak, 0.1 A to 300 A peak, and up to 2000 A. It features conversion ratios of 10 A/1 V, 100 A/1 V, and 1000 A/1 V, with typical accuracies of ≤ 3%, ≤ 2%, and ≤ 1%, respectively. This current clamp can be used with an oscilloscope to display currents up to a bandwidth of 100 kHz. The output is provided through a coaxial cable with an insulated BNC connector, ensuring safe and reliable data transmission.
