The MTX 1050 is a compact and economical spectrum analyzer designed as a blind device that displays measurement results directly on a PC screen. Its lightweight and portable design makes it ideal for small and medium-sized enterprises as well as technical education settings such as engineering schools and vocational training institutions. When paired with near-field probes HX0082 and HX0083, the MTX 1050 facilitates easy EMC pre-compliance testing. The analyzer covers a frequency range from 400 kHz to 1 GHz and features high frequency stability with a drift of ±5 ppm/year. With a measurement range from -90 dBm to +20 dBm and six sampling speeds, it offers versatile usage options. The MTX 1050 includes three analysis and video filters, with a PC-controlled color display showing up to 5000 points of horizontal resolution. Four simultaneous measurements, including peak-auto and marker differential cursors, enable precise analysis.
