Description
The HX0082 kit comprises 2 active near-field probes (30 MHz and 3 GHz):-a contact probe for measuring on chip floorplans or PCB traces
-a proximity probe for measuring radiofrequency magnetic fields.
The HX0082 can be used up to 10 cm from the target. When connected to an MTX1050-PC spectrum analyser, they enable the location of a high-frequency electromagnetic field source which is causing disturbances.
The HX0083 kit is a 20dB preamplifier for HX0082 near-field probes. It provides greater accuracy by amplifying signals close to the noise level.
