The MTX 1050 is a compact and economical spectrum analyzer designed specifically for EMC precompliance testing, functioning as a “blind” device without its own display and connected directly to a PC. Its lightweight, portable design makes the MTX 1050 highly versatile, tailored especially for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and educational institutions such as engineering schools and vocational training centers.

With a frequency range from 400 kHz to 1 GHz, the analyzer is suited for a variety of applications. High frequency stability with a drift of ±5 ppm per year and a wide dynamic range from -90 dBm to +20 dBm ensure precise and reliable measurements. The MTX 1050 features 6 sweep speeds as well as 3 analysis filters and 3 video filters, allowing it to adapt to different measurement needs. When used with near-field probes such as HX0082 and HX0083, efficient Q-Peak detection can be performed, simplifying EMC precompliance tests.

Measurement results are displayed in high resolution and color on the PC screen, with a maximum horizontal resolution of 5,000 points for detailed analysis.
