The FEV350 EV Charging Station Analyzer provides a complete solution for testing the safety and performance of AC EV charging stations with Type 2 or Type 1 charging plugs. It is designed for technicians who need to perform and document multiple tests quickly and efficiently, but do not want to carry multiple tools. Available measurements: PE (protective conductor) pre-test to ensure no dangerous voltage is present, visual inspection, trip test of 30 mA residual current devices (RCD) and 6 mA RDC-DD, nominal voltage and phase sequence, pilot contact (CP) with waveform analysis, cable simulation via Proximity Pilot (PP), and fault testing. Supported measurements: PE resistance, insulation, and loop/line impedance with compatible Fluke multifunction installation testers for certification and installation inspections via a wireless Bluetooth connection. Wiring configuration diagrams and info screens for seamless integration with TruTest report generation software. The solution includes the TruTest EV charging software module for documentation and reporting. The Fluke FEV350 analyzer provides predefined test plans and pass/fail indications for measurement results to simplify analysis and reduce testing time.
