The Fluke 721 dual-channel pressure calibrator is ideal for calibrating gas instruments and meters thanks to its high accuracy and practical features. The new 721Ex with IECEx and Atex Ex ia IIB T3 Gb (Zone 1) specification is built on the same platform and is intended for use in classified environments. The device is available in the same 14 models and can be configured by selecting either a 16 psi (1.1 bar) or 36 psi (2.48 bar) low pressure sensor and then adding one of seven high pressure ranges 100, 300, 500, 1000, 1500, 3000 or 5000 psi (6.9, 20, 24.5, 69, 103.4, 200, 345 bar). The Fluke 721Ex offers the option of using the 720RTD probe for temperature measurement, which also fits in the carrying case provided with the pressure calibrator.
The pressure calibration test kits include a new range of pressure connection accessories to make making pneumatic and hydraulic connections for pressure testing easier and safer. These accessories include two special transmitter test hoses, TTH5K and TTH10K. These hoses are rated at 5,000 psi and 10,000 psi respectively and allow for no tools required connections between hand pumps or pressure transmitters with the common IEC 1/4' female inlet found on most pressure transmitters worldwide. The 700MTH test hose is similar to the 700TTH but has a metric 1/4' male hose end instead of the 1/4' NPT male connection. The 700M20TH is designed to connect to Chinese M20 female process connections. The
700PTPK2 and 700HTPK2 are premium versions of the regular 700PTPK and 700HTPK models and offer premium test hoses and an NTR connection for easier connection and disconnection of the 700G pressure gauge or other devices with a 1/4' NPT male connection.
