The cnPilot E700 is an outdoor WLAN access point equipped with the current dual-band AC standard. With the E700 you can create a maximum of 16SSIDs and 512 clients can access an access point at the same time. This is achieved, among other things, by the built-in 4x4MIMO technology. The roaming functionality of the access point makes it possible to set up a network with multiple access points - the system automatically and seamlessly connects each client to the strongest access point. It therefore enables IP telephony over the WLAN network.
Areas of application: - Public places - Company premises, e.g. to connect hand-held scanners - Hotel facilities (the Cambium e410 is ideal in the indoor area and the E700 in the outdoor area)
Controller: Cambium Networks relies on a free cloud and/or free software for the controller, which does not come with any great features technical knowledge can be used. Unlike many competitors, no licenses or similar fees are required for the controller.
