The YSLYCY-JZ 12X1,5 0,6/1KV SCHWARZ is a high-quality PVC control cable, specifically designed for measurement, control, and automation applications in industrial automation. It is used in machine tools, conveyor and transfer systems, production lines, plant engineering, and climate control technology, particularly in steelworks and rolling mills. The cable is suitable for flexible applications under moderate mechanical stress, provided there is no tensile load and no forced movement guidance. It can be permanently installed in dry, damp, and wet rooms as well as outdoors, but not directly in soil or water. The black special PVC outer sheath is UV-resistant and offers high chemical resistance, especially against oil, making the cable particularly suitable for demanding environments. The conductors are marked with a continuous white digit print, enabling clear identification even with short stripping. The green-yellow protective conductor is positioned in the outer layer, ensuring safe and clear wiring.

The integrated shielding braid made of tinned copper wires with approximately 85% coverage ensures high electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). This guarantees interference-free signal and pulse transmission, which is crucial in electronically complex systems. The cable is self-extinguishing and flame-retardant (test type B according to VDE 0472 Part 804 and IEC 60332-1), providing additional safety during installation. Due to its extended rated voltage range of 0.6/1 kV and UV resistance, it is frequently used in regions with high solar exposure such as Southern Europe, the Arab region, Asia, and Eastern countries.
