HDMI-over-IP Extender – MediaCento IPX HD

The HDMI-over-IP Extender MediaCento IPX HD allows multicasting of HDMI video and audio over a Gigabit network, enabling fast and efficient distribution of HD content to a virtually unlimited number of remote screens. This system supports up to 1080p HD resolutions with near-lossless compression, delivering stable, nearly delay-free playback with a maximum latency of 2 frames (33 ms). With flexible scalability, additional displays or sources can be easily added, creating an HDMI matrix with multiple sources and displays.

The MediaCento IPX HD system is ideal for digital signage applications, HDMI video distributions, and even large video walls up to 16x8 screens. PoE support eliminates the need for external power at the display, simplifying installation. Video wall and matrix configurations can be easily controlled and customized using the optional MediaCento Controller.

MediaCento IPX HD integrates seamlessly into an existing Gigabit network and allows instant deployment without configuration. It is especially suitable for applications such as classroom streaming, corporate video sharing, training, and video transmission in control rooms and command centers.
