The Black Box PSE554MA-EU is a modular Power Switch NG for the European market, enabling remote control of up to four power outlets over IP networks. With four Schuko/IEC320-C13 connectors, it provides flexible and secure power supply for servers, network devices, and other IT infrastructure components. The sequential power-on function limits inrush current and prevents tripping of circuit breakers, which is particularly beneficial when powering up devices with high startup current. The device supports Soft-Shutdown functions to safely power down servers and enables automatic restart monitoring of IP devices in case of failures — ideal for maintaining critical systems without physical access.

Control and configuration are performed via IP network as well as through an RS232 interface, ensuring flexible integration into existing network environments.
