Emerald® Remote Access App Connection Licenses

The Emerald Remote Access App works in conjunction with the Boxilla KVM management system, allowing connections to physical computers via Emerald transmitters and access to virtual machines. The app supports optimized connections to 4K transmitters and HD video transmissions up to 1920 x 1200. Licenses are available for 1, 5, 10, or 20 connections and can be stacked to add more. Multiple simultaneous remote sessions are supported, enabling efficient management. The software is compatible with Windows® 10 and 11, offering a flexible way to monitor and manage both physical and virtual machines.

Additional Information:

The Emerald Remote App acts as a software KVM receiver, installed on a Windows 10 PC to receive connections over the Emerald TCP/IP network. It decrypts and decompresses the streams to provide video and USB HID connections to the user. Licenses can be added via the Boxilla GUI, with a 30-day trial available for up to four connections.
