ServSwitch DKM FX I/O Module:

Add eight input/output ports to one slot in your KVM FX switch chassis. The ServSwitch DKM FX I/O module installs into a DKM FX switch chassis and provides 8 input/output ports. Choose between CATx, fiber, or flexible SFP connections. LEDs indicate the module's operational status and each port's connection status. With enhanced memory and speed, firmware upgrades are more efficient. This module is installed in DKM FX HD Video and Peripheral Matrix switch chassis for CATx input/output ports and includes eight SFP transceiver ports with duplex LC connectors. It allows multiple DKM FX chassis to be cascaded together, reducing cabling costs and complexity. The warranty is 2 years Double Diamond™ (standard).

About I/O Modules:
The ServSwitch DKM FX I/O modules allow you to integrate user and computer connections into your DKM FX Matrix KVM system. You can configure HD-KVM switching and DVI routing as needed, mixing and matching fiber, CATx, and SDI ports using cards and SFPs. The following I/O options are available:

• CATx I/O Module (ACXIO8-C): 8 CATx RJ45 ports
• Fiber I/O Module (ACXI08-SM) and High-Speed Fiber I/O Module (ACXIO8-HS): 8 SFP transceiver ports with duplex LC connectors
• SFP I/O Module (ACXI08-SFP): 8 empty SFP ports
• SDI I/O Module: 8 SDI input and 8 SDI output slots

Switch Design:

First, select a chassis based on the number of users and computers. Then, choose the necessary I/O modules based on your cabling and distances. If you've selected empty or SDI I/O modules, don't forget to order the necessary SFPs. Finally, choose extender units for each computer and user. DKM extenders offer various interfaces like DVI-D, VGA, USB HID, USB 2.0, and RS-232.
