The 4-way push button sensor is an instabus user module. It is used to plug onto a bus coupler Up. Dismantling protection is provided by screwing the push button sensor to the Up bus coupler. The data exchange between the push button sensor and the bus coupler takes place via the user interface (AST). Each time a button is pressed on the push button sensor, a telegram is generated and sent. The telegram format depends on the parameterized application. Depending on the selected application, switching, touch, dimming, blind or value telegrams can be sent.
