Fluke 1623 is an earth tester that can perform all four types of earth measurement. The Fluke 1623 and 1625 earth testers can measure earth loop resistances using current clamps and thus using the stakeless measurement method. This measurement method does not require earthing stakes or the disconnection of deep earth rods.
